Zoë Thibeault - Stone
Originally from Los Angeles, Zoë is a tri-coast girl! She grew up on the West Coast, lived on the East Coast for several years, before settling down here on the Gulf Coast. She earned her 200 RYT certification in 2017 from Free To Be Power yoga and her 500hr RYT certification from Sattva Yoga Academy in 2024. Currently, she teaches and facilitates the 200hr YTT program at the studio she did her teacher training and teaches with us!
Her passion lies in bringing this practice to everyone and any body she meets, and believes that our breath is our superpower. She hopes that everyone leaves class feeling more grounded and connected to themselves than when they showed up. Her other specialty offerings include yoga for arthritis and yoga for traumatic and acquired brain injuries (ABI & TBI).

Get to know Zoë a little more:
Your go-to post-yoga drink or snack? An iced matcha and some fruit!
A favorite New Orleans spot that always makes you smile? A sunrise walk in City Park with my pup is one of my favorite ways to start the day- the world is quiet and still, and it always leaves me feeling grateful.
What kind of vibe do you like to bring to your classes? Light hearted, humorous, and welcoming. I'm always aiming to make everyone feel like they are welcome to come to yoga, move their body, and get intentional about their breath. It's accessible for all!
Song or artist you have to sneak into your playlist? Currently it's Hanuman Bolo (Janet Stone, DJ Drez)
One word or phrase that sums up your teaching style? Integrated, I like to weave different yoga techniques in class like pranayama, asana, kirya, and meditation.
