Rachelle found yoga in 2010 and has been teaching for over 8 years with 750+ hours of training. Her classes blend mindful movement, heart-openers, and humor to create an accessible space for every body. Rooted in mental health awareness and deep presence, Rachelle’s teaching invites you to breathe, soften, and reconnect—with yourself and the moment.
